Overview
This app is designed to create a mindfulness yoga experience for anyone. The goal of this project is to design and prototype a fitness app with the constraints of only using a maximum of five pages with no scroll. This is a great app for users who are curious to start their yoga and mindfulness journey. The app opens up to the home page, which shows the user a daily affirmation to help motivate and encourage the day. It includes a daily journal that allows the user to plan what they'd like to accomplish at the start of their day along with a reflection journal at night to make sure they stayed on top of their goals. It gives the users many options for quick daily yoga practices from beginners to advanced levels that help with increasing flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, maintain a balanced metabolism, cardio and circulatory health. The app has quick 5 or 10 minute meditation practices that are designed to help the average busy person reduce stress and give the users a positive mindsets at the start of their day. It tracks your progress in terms of how many days the user has journaled, how many yoga or meditation sessions they have completed and their consistency in their overall journey. This app is the perfect app because it allows users to start their yoga journey, with daily affirmations, quick and easy mediation practices and daily 5 minute yoga routines to further increase a positive and clear mindset. It also creates a positive and safe environment for their users by creating outlets whenever users feel stressed or anxious.
